The department Loan Syndications is an important unit of the Markets & Investment Banking Division. You work in an international team (offices in London and Munich), where you will support the team members in arranging and syndicating loans for Multinational Corporates, Acquisition/Leverage Finance and Project Finance transactions. The internship gives you a diverse insight into the international credit market.

As an intern in Loan Syndication you will be integrated in the prearrangement of loan decision of the bank. Furthermore you will support the team in client-/bank presentations for winining mandates/pitches and you will also verify the international credit documentation. Morevover, you will support the prearrangement and implementation of international loan syndications.
